Maintenance tips

Even stainless steel boules can show signs of oxidation. To protect your Obut Superinox, we recommend cleaning your boules thoroughly after each game.

Wipe the surface with a chamois cloth, rinse with clean water, and let it dry completely. Then apply a thin layer of grease or a suitable maintenance product. If not used regularly, repeat this process at least once a month.

Obut’s tip:

Avoid storing your stainless steel petanque boules in the trunk of your car. Fluctuating temperatures and humidity can cause condensation, which promotes oxidation. Instead, store them indoors, in a cool and dry place.
